Hello and welcome to Game 58 of my 2012 Strat-O-Matic New York Yankees season replay. Today the Yankees play game three of a three-game series against the Tigers in Detriot.

Hughes, in 69 innings, has given up 76 hits, 13 walks, and 44 strikeouts for an ERA of 4.67. For the Tigers, Rick Porcello (4-4) gets the start. Porcello has pitched 58 innings this season giving up 76 hits, 18 walks, and 26 strikeouts for an ERA of 4.50.
