This game is based upon the tradition racing franchise Forza which first debuted on the original Xbox. Forza Horizon was given away for free as part of Xbox Games With Gold in September 2016.

Three Necromunda House Delaque Miniatures Painted

When I bought my sealed copy of Necromunda I wanted to get some authentic Necromunda minis. Up until I bought Necromunda I had never played with the actual minis but the two gangs that came in the box weren't my favorite so I went to the Games Workshop website and ordered some Delaque. They look cool with their trench coats and whatnot. The gang also had the coolest looking heavy, in my mind at least, and I was lucky enough to get him in a heavy pack I bought.

Fifty years ago today at 8:30 pm eastern time a revolutionary show debuted on NBC called Star Trek. Over the last  fifty years many people have been influenced by this groundbreaking show. It broke a lot of barriers that the younger kids today wouldn't understand and because so many things after took parts of this show for their own it may make Star Trek feel like it's just a bunch of sci fi tropes but that's only because they did them first.

Another World 20th Anniversary Edition also called Out Of This World and Outer World,  is an adventure game by Delphine Software released in 1991 for the Amiga and Atari ST and then later ported on MS-Dos, Macintosh, Apple IIGS, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, 3DO, and the Super Nintendo. The 20th Anniversary Edition was released on September 22, 2011, for iPhone and iPad originally and then for Android phones, Steam, GOG, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U and the Nintendo 3DS.

7 Days To Die Review

7 Days To Die is a Kickstarter-funded survival horror, post-apocalyptic, open world video game with zombies by The Fun Pimps and published by Telltale Publishing. Originally it was released for PC on Steam Early Access on December 13, 2013, and in June 2016 on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The PC version is currently rated at 7.3 on Metacritic while the Xbox One is at 5.0 and the PlayStation 4 at 5.7. Is this game as bad as the reviews make it out to be?? Let's find out.

Blog Update : September 2016

Just a quick update on what will be happening starting in September. I've been busy with this and that, combine that with a new job and I haven't had much time for gaming but September will change all that. I'll be continuing with my 1988 Strat-O-Matic season replay. I'll also be continuing with reviews of both new and retro video games. On the miniature gaming front I'll be playing some more games from Two Hour Wargames as well as some new ones. Lastly I'll be doing some more Roll Playing Game stuff so stay tuned.

Mega Man Review

Mega Man is the classic action platformer released by Capcom in December 1987. In Japan the game is known as Rock Man and was the first in a long line of classic platforming games. Originally released on the Nintendo Entertainment System in the US and on the Famicom in Japan it's popularity has led Capcom to rerelease the game on many different consoles including PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Nintendo Gamecube, original Xbox, mobile, Nintendo Virtual Console, PlayStation Store and most recently on the Xbox One as part of the Mega Man Legacy Collection which is how I played it.
