My wife came home one day after a day of shopping and hands me this Beast Man. I ask her, "Where did you get this?" She answers with the store. I ask her, "Did you take the Delorean there because this guy is a few years old at this point?" She laughs, I laugh... she walks away leaving me with a new Masters Of The Universe toy so I'm happy to leave it at that.

Blog Update - Abbey Road Blues

I'll admit that it's been nearly a month since my last post but I've just been too busy with life but beginning with this post I hope to post more very soon.

If you're a fan of The Beatles, and I'm a huge one, then you'd know that The Beatles last album, Abbey Road, was released on September 26th, 1969 and today, September 27th, 2019, the 50th Anniversary Edition was released.

After releasing Sgt Peppers and The White Album 50th Anniversary's over the last two years I knew they would be doing the same for Abbey Road so when it was announced I went on Amazon and ordered it. I bought the two different releases, the main CD Super Deluxe edition which comes with the remastered album on CD as well as two extra Cd's containing demos, alternative takes, and remixes called Sessions. This set also comes with the album on Blu Ray audio as well as Dolby Atmos which is a first for a Beatles release. Finally, it comes with a 100-page hardcover book.

Strat-O-Matic 2012 New York Yankees Replay Game 51

Hello and welcome to Game 51 of my 2012 Strat-O-Matic New York Yankees season replay. Today the Yankees play game two in Oakland against the Athletics. 

If you missed the previous game you can click here for Game 50.  After yesterday's win, the Yankees have brought their season to .500 with a (25-25) record. For today's game, the Yankees have C. C. Sabathia starting (2-3) who in 8 starts has an ERA of 2.76. For the Athletics, the starter is Tommy Milone who has a record of (6-3) this season with an ERA of 2.31 in 11 starts.

Action Comics was an anthology comic that contained a number of different stories in it but there was one that was different from the run of the mill gangster and western stories about a man that had super strength and could leap tall buildings.

Today I bring you a review of one of my favorite characters from Disney's Duck Tales, Gizmoduck. In Duckberg his name is Fenton Crackshell, a mild-mannered accountant who works for Scrooge McDuck. Scrooge decided he needed a superhero to guard his Money Bin so he had the Gizmosuit built and hired Crackshell to don the suit and become the Duckberg hero Gizmoduck.
