Strat-O-Matic 2012 New York Yankees Replay Game 115

Hello and welcome to Game 115 of my 2012 Strat-O-Matic New York Yankees season replay. Today the Yankees play the final game of a four-game series against the Tigers in Detriot. The Yankees lead the series 2-1 so if they lose today the worst they can do is tie the series.

If you missed the Yankees previous game you can click here for Game 114. On the mound for the Yankees today is their ace Hiroki Kuroda (14-6). In 22 starts this season Kuroda has thrown 179 innings while allowing 168 hits, 42 walks, 129 strikeouts for an ERA of 3.62. The Tigers have Rich Porcello (7-6) starting today who in 25 starts has thrown 123 innings and surrendered 155 hits, 38 walks, 61 strikeouts for an ERA of 5.43. To me, it looks like the Yankees have the upper hand but continues reading to find out!
