The Red Sox have Jon Lester (8-10) starting today. In 23 starts this season Lester has pitched 123 innings while giving up 129 hits, 46 walks, 96 strikeouts for an ERA of 4.68. It looks like the Red Sox have a slight edge today, let's see how they play!
