Hello and welcome to Game 90 of my 2012 Strat-O-Matic New York Yankees season replay. After dropping two out of three games to the Red Sox the Yankees are 3-7 in their last 10 games. For their next series, the Yankees come home to Yankee Stadium to take on the West Coast Los Angeles Angels. The Angels are currently in 3rd place with a record of (50-38).

Sabathia (4-7) who has started 15 games this season and pitched 120 innings while giving up 104 hits, 30 walks, 115 strikeouts for an ERA of 3.59 for the season. The Angels have Jered Wever (6-5) who in 14 starts this season has pitched 101 innings while giving up 89 hits, 24 walks, 65 hits for an ERA of 3.40 this season.
