Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Guardians Of The Galaxy Play Set Review

For my review of Disney Infinity, you can click here.

The Guardians Of The Galaxy playset for Disney Infinity 2.0 is the third and last playset for Marvel 2.0. The story is based upon the 2014 Guardians Of The Galaxy movie with bits from the comic books added in as well. The main story takes under 5 hours to complete and like the rest of the Infinity line is geared toward children but can be played and enjoyed by adults as well.

The main story revolves around completing different missions by characters to advance the storyline. The missions involves basic quest and battle missions seen in most games. There is nothing new here but most aren't annoying to play through and are pretty quick.

The Guardians Of The Galaxy playset comes with Star Lord and Gamora. The other figures you can buy to play in this set is Drax, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Ronan The Accuser and Yonda. The two crossover figures you can also use in this set are Iron Man from the Avengers playset and Nova from the Spider-Man playset.

The retail cost of the Guardians Of The Galaxy playset is $34.99 but you can buy it from Amazon for $17.49.

I feel the Guardians Of The Galaxy playset is a great addition to the Disney Infinity 2.0 line. It introduces characters from the popular movie and has them in a unique space setting different from the Manhattan portrayed in the Avengers and Spider-Man playset. I would give this playset a 9 out of 10.
